A -Ha & Anna
I’ve spent my life exploring dynamic activity and enjoying the benefits that come with it. Athletics, dance and 20+ years of yoga practice have given me strength of body and clarity of mind, balanced with inner awareness. This has deeply influenced my approach to teaching. My own A-Ha moments of realizing the potential of movement to positively impact our lives inspired me to create A-Ha Body & Mind and share my practice virtually. It gives me great satisfaction to teach what has worked for me. I lead all my classes with knowledge, fun and energy, and encourage my students to experience their own strengths, reach their potential, and find their A-Ha moments.
With nearly 1,300 teaching hours based on more than 500 professional learning hours in numerous
fields, I lead with confidence and credibility.

“I have been taking Essentrics with Anna since she first started offering the classes. Heading into my60s, I needed something to help manage stress and ease the soreness in my shoulders and back from years of working at a desk. I had never been into exercise or fitness classes, but really liked Annas teaching style from the start, and am always inspired by her to do my personal best.
