Enjoy a full-body workout that stretches and strengthens your body, decompresses joints and leaves you feeling revitalized.
Essentrics® was created by a former ballerina with the National Ballet of Canada and draws on the movements of tai-chi, ballet and physiotherapy resulting in longer, leaner, more flexible muscles. This class is non-impact and suitable for all ages and abilities.
ESSENTRICS®
Aging Backwards
Release, Rebalance & Restore
The Essentrics®, Age Reversing workout is similar to the regular Essentrics class, however it takes on a gentler approach to strength and flexibility and focuses on rehabilitation, pain relief and injury prevention. The slower pace allows for greater body awareness.
This is perfect type of exercise for those coming back to exercise after a long sedentary period, or anyone dealing with injuries, chronic pain or mobility limitations.
Fusion Fitness
Non-impact cardio for muscular endurance, core strength & balance
Enjoy a movement buffet!
Each class takes you on a movement adventure to strengthen and feel energized.
Achievable and challenging, Fusion takes elements from familiar fitness routines, pilates, barre and yoga-all rolled into a fun mix. This is a dynamic, non-impact, full-body workout designed to challenge your muscles, raise your heart rate and improve balance.
Replays are made available for one week, following class.
