This 60 minute class is broken into 20-20-20, offering you Essentrics for length, Dynamic Pilates for strength and soothing floor stretches, leaving you refreshed and calm. This is well-rounded fitness! 

Thursdays, 9:30-10:30 at Great Lakes Dance Academy, September  11-October 30

Soothing, accessible and gentle movement, complimented by yogic
tradition and science-backed techniques, Balanced Yoga for Self-Care
offers satisfying and empowering relief to those who are looking to

manage stress and reconnect. Join me September 4, for an intro class. Please note that registration is through Lord's Health & Wellness. If needed, please email me for assistance.
