Try out these new and unique ways to improve mobility, strength, balance and flexibility!

Tuesdays, 9:30-10:25 am at Bluewater Dance, January 6- February 10

This class is comprised of 30 minutes standing, Restorative Essentrics and 25 minutes of gentle and soothing stretches and movement on the floor. Utilizing props such as massage balls and Pilates balls to aid in releasing fascia, you'll feel both relaxed and refreshed! This is the perfect for those looking for a gentle workout to improve flexibility and ease the grip of lingering tight spots.

This 60 minute class is offers you 30 minutes each in both of these unique modalities. Utilizing props such as resistance bands, Pilates balls and gliding discs this full-body workout is for core and so much more! Partnered with standing and floor Fascial Fitness movement sequences, this class designed to revitalize and mobilize, offering a well-rounded workout with diverse movements to keep limber. 

Tuesdays, 10:30-11:30am at Bluewater Dance, January 6- February 10

This 60 minute, standing-only class begins with center-floor Essentrics, full-body movements, followed by barre toning and stretching. At the barre we'll tone the hips and legs and practice footwork to strengthen our foundation and help improve balance. Each class wraps up with deep, full-body barre stretches to release tension.

Thursdays, 9:30-10:25am at Great Lakes Dance Academy, January 8- February 12

This 55 minute toning and strengthening class is full-body fitness! Each class will offer both traditional and contemporary variations utilizing resistance bands and a Pilates ball. With the occasional addition of light weights and gliding discs, traditional Pilates gets upgraded to the next level!
