Winter in-person classes
This session begins Thursday, February 26 and runs six weeks until April 2.

This 60 minute, standing-only class begins with center-floor Essentrics, full-body movements, followed by barre toning and stretching. At the barre we'll tone the hips and legs and practice footwork to strengthen our foundation and help improve balance. Each class wraps up with deep, full-body barre stretches to release tension.
Thursdays, 9:30-10:30 am at Great Lakes Dance Academy, February 26 - April 2.

This 55 minute toning and strengthening class is full-body fitness! Each class will offer both traditional and contemporary variations utilizing resistance bands and a Pilates ball. With the occasional addition of light weights and gliding discs, traditional Pilates gets upgraded to the next level!
Thursdays, 6:00-6:55pm, Grace United Church gym, February 26 -April 2.
