Current Classes

The 7 week session of spring classes has begun!
This session runs until June 11.

Drop-ins are always welcome, ($18 in person, $15 livestream).

This 60 minute, standing-only class begins with center-floor Essentrics, full-body movements, followed by barre toning and stretching. At the barre we'll tone the hips and legs and practice footwork to strengthen our foundation and help improve balance. Each class wraps up with deep, full-body barre stretches to release tension.

Thursdays, 9:30-10:30 am, Great Lakes Dance Academy.

Thursdays, 6-6:55pm, Grace United Church. 

This 55 minute toning and strengthening class is full-body fitness! Each class will offer both traditional and contemporary variations utilizing resistance bands and a Pilates ball. With the occasional addition of light weights and gliding discs, traditional Pilates gets upgraded to the next level!

This 60 minute, standing, floor and barre class offers full-body movement patterns to improve both flexibility and mobility, followed by floorwork to tone the core and legs and a good stretch out. Occasionally, we'll hit the barre for toning and deeper stretching. However each week's class is laid out, you can expect to have a great, challenging workout, while respecting your body's limitations.

Wednesdays, 7-8 pm, ongoing livestream.

This is well-rounded fitness! 

A 60 minute class is broken into 20-20-20, offers you Essentrics for length, Dynamic Pilates for strength and soothing floor stretches, leaving you refreshed and calm. 

The first 40 minutes of this class is both challenging and achievable, followed by rewarding stretches and myofascial release techniques  to balance out the effort.
