ESSENTRICS®
Release, Rebalance & Restore
This Essentrics®, Age-reversing workout is similar to the regular Essentrics class, however it takes on a gentler approach to strength and flexibility and focuses on rehabilitation, pain relief and injury prevention. The slower pace allows for greater body awareness.
This is perfect type of exercise for those coming back to exercise after a long sedentary period, or anyone dealing with injuries, chronic pain or mobility limitations.

Dynamic
Pilates
For core stability and muscle tone
Dynamic Pilates is just that--dynamic!
This class combines fluid standing and floor stretches as well as mat work for strengthening the core. Dynamic Pilates adds fun to the mix with the use of a ball and stretch band to deliver targeted, full-body results.
With these tools, you will quickly become stronger and the gentle and accessible stretch sequences will leave your body feeling supple and moving more freely.
Balanced
Yoga
A yoga class that balances the physical and mental aspects with yogic philosophy and tradition.
Through movement to relaxation, Balanced Yoga classes serve both as a practice and guide for daily life, off the mat. Melding a variety of modalities with meditation; transformative awareness and a soothed body result with calm openness to all that life has to offer.
Balanced Yoga sprinkles in ancient yogic wisdom, gentle, familiar poses and science-backed techniques to create a recipe for inner empowerment and resilience.
